The modification is to change the resistance value R5 from 2.2k to 10k. This modification is a repair.
Pros of this modification:
1 - protect bs170 from damage and high voltages.
2 - Supplying the irf 840 with the appropriate energy to work accurately.
3 - The stability of the circuit and its interaction with the settings on the screen in a distinctive way
4 - Better response of the device to any change you make in the settings
5 - The isolation process becomes stronger, and you will notice that any file becomes isolated. 4 files of the following sizes have been tested
20 / 30 / 60 / 125 cm and all of them are isolated due to the harmony of the circuit and the working controller.

The thing that hinders the device is its electronic card, because the parts are close to each other, so it is difficult for you to make adjustments, and even the installation of a thermal cooler. For example, I installed a chemical capacitor c15 with 50 volts, and it was large, which forced me to solder the bs170, then install the capacitor, so the mosfet was under it, so I cannot remove it if a problem occurs, except
By removing the condenser, especially since this MOSFET was not original, and brother Muhammad Bakhtawi was forced to make him a holder to ride it whenever he wanted and change it whenever he wanted, due to the lack of the original and sometimes it is original, but you try a number of pieces to get the best result, so you keep it
And I saw the strictness of Engineer Hamid and some of the honorable members about the electronic board, and that it is better not to change it, and that is a desire that we respect, but the reason for the strictness did not appear to me, because in electronic parts there is a kind of flexibility or tolerance in the error rate in capacitors and resistors, so increasing the thickness of a wire or lengthening it somewhat will not change

If you improve one aspect, another aspect will be affected by the modification, and this is an opinion that has its value in the scientific arena and we respect it.

The best MOSFET is that its output is more than the output of the device, which is 350 mA at the most. Any MOSFET whose output is 500 mA will be better. That is, if any MOSFET consumes 70 percent of its total energy, it will not be excellent, but rather it will distort the signal, and the device will not be stable for that.
